Dan recently retired from a long career in the USDA Forest Service, mainly here in Siskiyou County. We are lucky to have him helping us develop and formalize work with small private lands forestry landowners.  He provides mentorship and leans on his vast network to connect SVRCD with forestry organizations and agencies.
